My specialty in behavioral health has always been working with adolescents and their families. I am also a certified yoga instructor and has taught young student athletes and older adults ways to begin a yoga practice. Thirty years ago, I met a social worker in a teen center in Chicago and we decided on forever. In our free time we enjoy hiking anywhere off the beaten path and traveling to Texas to visit our twins who attend TCU (Go Frogs!)”

“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive.” —Maya Angelou
Born and raised in Texas, I moved to Arizona in 2019 from Northern California when my Husband and I decided to choose “quality of life” over cooler weather and beaches. I found a passion for CrossFit in 2013 and an even greater passion for choosing an overall healthy and enriched lifestyle. I have been a patient of Grayhawk since 2019 and am blessed to have had the opportunity join the amazing team. I’m completely obsessed with dogs. So, I always welcome photos of fur babies. When not greeting smiling faces at Grayhawk, I raise a
teenager and two fur children.
